In most cases, we paint our parts at authorized dealers. Parts are painted according to the paint code. According to the paint code, the so-called “base color” merges. In most cases, when painting our parts, hatch tinting is not required, the details coincide in 95% of orders, sometimes there are slight differences in shades with the car. But also a small percentage remains when the base color is very different from the shade of the car. If you have any doubts about this, painting by paint code, then I ask you to consult with our managers or make a tint on the car door.
Delivery is carried out by Regular Mail Post Services, EMS and DHL courier service.
Cost and payment of delivery
Every item has its fixed price of delivery to different countries. But if you decided to order several parts on your vehicle or make for example club purchase, order with your friends we can estimate for you a combined delivery.The matter is that some items can be packed together in one package. All items are shipped parcels, by EMS Post (priority shipping with tracking), Avia Mail Post (with tracking), Mail Post (with tracking), and DHL Express courier service.
Please allow 2-5 business days for order processing. Processing includes checking, packing, and sending your orders to the post-office. After all these procedures, the tracking number will be provided to you. Processing time should be added to the total delivery time.
Orders made on Saturday, Sunday, Holidays in our country (Russia) will be processed on the next working day.
Combined Shipping discount may be offered. Please feel free to contact us for combined shipping discount. To qualify for the discount, one full payment must be made for combined items
In very rare occasions, the delivery may take longer than the standard shipping time stated above. Most of the delays are caused by the customs, that, unfortunately, we can’t control. We seek your patience and understanding should this happen.
We strive to only ship complete orders. However, in particular cases, your order can be split into several packages. This is mainly caused by different supply warehouse’s locations. In this case you will be provided with two or more tracking numbers.
Delivery time also depends on the customs of the destination. Import duties, taxes, and charges are not included to the item price or shipping cost. The customer is responsible for all customs fees should this happen.

You have 30 calendar days to return an item from the date you received it.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.
Your item must be in the original packaging.
Your item needs to have the receipt or proof of purchase.
Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and notify you that we have received your returned item. We will immediately notify you on the status of your refund after inspecting the item.
If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your credit card (or original method of payment).
You will receive the credit within a certain amount of days, depending on your card issuer's policies.
